Easy Summer Greek Burgers

Savory burgers made with feta cheese, spinach, and sundried tomatos

Ingredients
  

For the Burger Patties

  • 1 lb ground beef grass-fed
  • 4 cups spinach chopped
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup sundried tomatos chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 egg

Burger Toppings (optional)

  • 1 tomato sliced
  • Tzatziki sauce pre-made
  • onion sliced
  • spinach
  • 4 whole wheat hamburger rolls

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Use clean hands to mix until combined.
  • Form 4 equal burger patties, be sure they are all the same height so that they cook evenly
  • Cook on outdoor grill, or on a grill pan at medium-high heat, for 5-6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 160F
  • Toast hamburger buns on the grill for 3-4 minutes. Assemble burgers with 1 tbsp tzatziki sauce, sliced tomato, onion, and spinach if desired.
