The Friday Five
If you remember from the beginning of the year, I shared that one of my 2019 goals was to be more consistent with my blog posting schedule. In an effort to keep myself accountable, I have decided to start The Friday Five series on KMM Lifestyle.
Each Friday, I will be sharing five things that I have been loving lately, or have caught my attention. My hope is to continue to share affordable fashion, while also sharing content from other niches that I enjoy.
Okay, so here is The Friday Five this week…
ONE // Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask
This stuff is life changing for me. Living in Upstate, NY, my lips SUFFER from the cold, dry winters. I apply it right before bed, and wake up with soft refreshed lips. Lately, I have no need for chapstick, and at $20, it was worth every penny!
TWO // Amazon Prime Reading
Okay, I think I may have been living under a rock with this one. I have had Amazon Prime for over a year and just realized that you get access to a selection of magazines for free each month. I have not read a magazine in ages, and have enjoyed flipping through some old favorites on my iPad this week.
THREE // The Babysitter’s Club Netflix Series
I don’t know if I am aging myself here, but who remembers ‘The Babysitter’s Club‘ series? I remember signing out stacks of these books at our local library when I was a kid. Netflix recently announced that they will be releasing a ten-episode mini-series featuring our old favorite girl gang. These books have a strong emphasis on female friendship and female empowerment that I hope they convey in the series as well!
FOUR // Patterned Flats
I wore these patterned flats this week and you all went as crazy for them as I did. Sadly, the sizes are selling quick, but check out my spring shoe post to see others that I am coveting lately!
FIVE // BBG
I finally am starting to get into a workout routine, and have been incorporating BBG workouts into my daily schedule. BBG, or Bikini Body Guide, is a program developed by Kayla Itsines and you can read more about it here. Stay tuned for a full blog post on my experience once I am further into the program!
