Target Try On | January 2020
I always find the best stuff at Target when I don’t expect it. Last week, I stopped in hoping to find some clearance leftovers in the holiday decor section. While I struck out in that area, I was surprised to find many hard working employees FRESHLY stocking the clothing racks with new items.
This time of year is weird for me, fashion-wise. Many stores are putting out their spring lines, but spring is far, far away here in NY. In fact, our winter is JUST getting started. As a result, I always feel a bit uninspired by my wardrobe January through March. I tried to find a little bit of everything in this try on. There are some great basics, spring pastels, and sweaters for winter OR spring.

Long Sleeve Tee // a $12 find! This is a great basic, and very luxurious for a basic tee. The rib-knit detail gives it just a LITTLE something extra. Size up one for looser fit. Wearing a small.
Jegging Crop Denim // Not from Target, but highly recommend! Wearing a 27R, TTS
Lace up Boots // Unfortunately, these have been sold out for quite some time. I will link them anyway in case they come back in stock!
Rain Coat // I had a few requests for this! I found this one to be great quality. It is a bit pricer for Target, but it has a nice warm lining. There is also a cinch waist, which you can adjust. Wearing an XS, fits big!

Classic White Button Down // a classic white button down is on my wish list for spring. Unfortunately, white I LOVED the feel of this one, it is SUPER oversized. This is an XS and it fits more like a medium. Size down!
Puff Sleeve Sweatshirt // This was cute, but not something I necessarily needed. I have a LOT of cozy sweatshirts. This is a fun ‘dressier’ option, though! Fits TTS, wearing a XS.
Detailed Mock Neck Sweater // Loved this! I have already shared this a few times on Instagram. Although the sleeves are an open knit, it is a heavier weight sweater, which will be great for the coming months! Wearing a XS, fits TTS
Plaid Button Down // Very lightweight, great for spring. Also, would be a great capsule addition if you have blush accents! Wearing a XS, fits TTS.
Open Knit Sweater // Took this home with me! I definitely didn’t need it, but I loved it as an option for spring. It is light weight, open knit, and I will be counting down the days until I can wear it in NY. Wearing an XS, fits TTS.
Long Sleeve Stripe Dress // $14 find! It is small, so size up one! Would look really cute with sneakers and a jean jacket in the spring. Wearing a small.
Saved the best for last, BUT both pieces are not online yet! I will post them here as soon as they go up! I am wearing a XS in both the blouse and the skirt.
