July 4th Style Guide
I can’t believe that June is almost over, I mean I swear Memorial Day was yesterday! Does anyone else feel like this summer is already flying by? July is my favorite month out of the summer, and I especially love celebrating the July 4th! JD and I have started our own tradition of traveling to see his family, and spending the long weekend on Lake Ontario. I look forward to it every single year! July 4th just SCREAMS summer to me, I love every part of it!
Everyone spends July 4th differently, and when I created this style guide, I made sure I included several pieces that can work for anyone this holiday. I have swimsuits and shorts for your daytime activities, and sun dresses for those of you who need something a little fancier for the evening! There is something for everyone here! Most importantly, everything is affordable and can be worn all summer! I usually HATE buying clothing for specific holidays, since most of the time I don’t wear it again (I’m looking at you, St. Patrick’s Day). Everything I have picked, in my opinion, can be worn after you are done celebrating the summer holidays.
My Favorite July 4th Picks
I love this bikini for the day time lounging by the lake (both pieces add up to $25!!!). Pair it with this cover-up, the tassels are adorable. If you are heading out to dinner, a button-down sundress in a patriotic color would be perfect! Check out this one, which is super affordable at $18. You can’t go wrong with a t-shirt dress, I basically wear them all summer, so easy! I could wear this red-stripe one all summer!
