Holiday Gift Ideas for Parents
Why are the people who raised us the most difficult to shop for? Every year I STRUGGLE with finding the perfect gift for my mother. Honestly, I think we all have a hard time because no material gift will ever seem like enough. Today, I am sharing some gift ideas for parents who seem to have everything, or say they don’t want anything at all!
Instant Pot // The pressure cooker that does it all! We use ours constantly, it has become a kitchen essential! I predict this will be a hot gift item again this holiday season!
Barefoot Dreams Cardigan // Always a good choice for mom or your mother in law!
Echo Show // I think this is a great gift idea especially you live far from your parents. Bonus if you have they have grandchildren they want to FaceTime with often! Grab this amazing 2 pack deal and keep one for yourself and gift one to your parents. That way you’ll always stay connected!
Puzzle // I know some of you have moms out there who love a good puzzle. Give them a REAL challenge with the daytime sky scene.
New York Times Baseball Book // Retrace the history of their favorite team by gifting a book of beautifully reprinted New York Times articles.
Headlamp // What is it with dads and flashlights? They always appear to have and need SO MANY. Get your dad a headlamp this year so he can use it when he fixes stuff in the dark, walks the dog, or does whatever dads do with a flashlight.
Magnetic Wristband // Speaking of fixing things…give your dad an extra hand with a wristband strong enough to hold all the screws and drill bits.
Revlon One Step Hair Dryer // Save mom some money this year on trips to the hair salon! This volumizing hair dryer is a game changer for women who appreciate a good blow out! I got my mom one for her birthday this year and she loves it!
Garden Stool // How cute is this? Perfect for any parent who has a green thumb!
Back massagers // Grab mom and dad each a heated back massager this holiday season. They probably need it after years of working hard raising children! I have linked two options for you, one is a more deep massage, the other more gentle!
Kindle // Have a parent who likes to read? Get them a Kindle and pre-load it with 3-5 books for them!
Other Ideas:
- Amazon Prime Membership – the gift that just keeps on giving!
- Experience gifts: your parents likely just want to spend quality time with you. Treat them to a day with you at a concert, sports game, cooking class, spa day, etc.
- Hello Fresh Box
