Our Favorite Whole 30 Recipes
I cannot believe that January is almost over. I feel like this month usually drags by, but with a baby on the way and a long list of things to do, time is flying! JD and I are starting our last week of the Whole 30 and I thought I would share our favorite recipes that we enjoy during every Whole 30, and year round! Even if you aren’t doing a Whole 30, these recipes are gluten and dairy free, and most are keto or paleo friendly.
If you are looking to learn more about the Whole 30, I would start here. This is our fourth time doing a January Whole 30, and we have adopted a lot of the principles year round. One of the reasons we continue to do it year after year is because we feel good physically and mentally, AND the food is great!
One tip I would recommend is to plan ahead. I create a full meal plan each week including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack options (keep in mind snacks are technically not allowed, but we just make sure they are ‘compliant’). Planning ahead will not only help you with grocery shopping and limiting food waste, but it will prevent you from feeling like you are food deprived and ensure you are getting adequate calories.
Here are our favorite whole 30 recipes that we keep on repeat all year long!
Our Favorite Whole 30 Recipes
Meat, potatoes, veggies…you can’t go wrong! We love this during the cold months, usually on Sunday afternoons. It’s an easy one pot dish, and the red wine vinegar gives it the perfect acidic ‘bite’.

Keto & Whole 30 Easy Taco Bake
This is a new recipe that we tried this month and both JD and I agreed it needs to be on our monthly dinner rotation. It takes less than 15 minutes to prep and you just throw it in the oven for 30 minutes! We crumbled up some cassava chips on top, and if you aren’t avoiding corn or gluten regular tortilla chips would be great as well!

Another great one pan, weeknight meal that you can make in less than 30 minutes! If you are looking for a vegan ranch dressing, we love Primal Kitchen Vegan Ranch.

Are you noticing a trend? We really like meals that can be made in less than 30 minutes! This is another cold weather favorite that we like to make during football season!

This recipe is great if you are looking to dip your toes into cooking with coconut milk/cream, and if you love Thai flavors! We typically serve this over cauliflower rice.

This one is definitely a top 5 for me for sure. It is so flavorful and the chili sauce is delicious. Another one pan meal!

This is a great recipe to try if you are looking to try a non dairy version of a traditionally cream based soup. The coconut milk in this adds a really unique flavor!

This is hands down our favorite meal. We don’t even miss the bun! Even off Whole 30 we make this 1-2 times a month during the fall/winter.
