Air Fryer Coconut Chicken Tenders
I am by no means a food blogger, but I thought it would be fun to share with you an easy recipe that has been getting us through quarantine! These Air Fryer Coconut Chicken Tenders take less than 30 minutes to make, are super easy, and you will have minimal clean-up!
You basically just mix the ingredients into two bowls, coat the chicken, and toss them in the air fryer. Easy, right? Another thing I love about these Air Fryer Coconut Chicken Tenders, is that you can substitute ingredients fairly easily. This is nice, especially now when we are not able to run out to the grocery store constantly. This recipe could easily be made gluten free by substituting the panko for crushed up rice chex cereal, or another appropriate gluten free bread crumb. You can also omit the milk if you are dairy free, I personally use unsweetened almond milk when I make these! The recipe also calls for sriracha and cayenne pepper, which you can adjust based on your spice preference.
As far as cooking tools, you will just need an air fryer, some mixing bowls and a whisk! We have this 2.6qt air fryer, which is perfect for two people.
