- JD has two pairs of these in black and grey and according to him they are the most comfortable pants he owns. He wears them casually in and out of the house.
- Patagonia Jacket
- This was a gift request from JD last year on his birthday. Patagonia definitely is one of the warmest jacket options out there, especially if you live in a cold climate!
- Sorel Boots
- Another winter favorite in our house. These boots are great because they are tough enough for winter but also don’t look super bulky with jeans.
- Allbirds Shoes
- These sneakers were highly recommended by readers as a great gift for guys. I have a few friends who own these and rave about them! Apparently they are very soft, comfortable, and machine washable.
- Ugg Slippers
- A crowd favorite gift for good reason!
- Fancy Socks
- A necessity. For the occasion, get the nice quality fancy ones. Bombas have come highly reviewed by readers and now I am thinking these need to go in JD’s stocking this year.

- We are big Patagonia fans! This sweater is a long time favorite of JD’s as well. A great warm layer for winter.
- A Tailored Suit
- This is a great splurge worthy gift in this category. A nice tailored suit will go a long way in a guys wardrobe, especially if their work dress code is more business professional. You could even just give the gift of getting an old suit tailored! It can be around $70-$100 to get a suit fully tailored. Find a local tailor and surprise him with a well fitting suit!
